I printed this design onto photo card and made up the kit following the very easy instructions including the rubber band!!
I lined the panel edges with holographic peel offs and popped on a 'happy birthday' sentiment on the tag with blue organza ribbon.
I added glitter to the balloons for birthday sparkle - a fabulous card for the car enthusiast!
