I printed the card sheets onto Crafty Bob's gloss photo paper and the sheets for the envelope onto great paper.

I printed the backing paper behind the sheet 3. I folded where needed and cut out all the elements. Following the great video tutorial (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=p7gxGmwBwkU) I made the card.

Using foam pads, I attached the decoupages to the base card. I placed the tags. I then made the envelope. This card is absolutely too cute! and easy to make.
