Baby Romper Suit 8 - Star on Blue
This is a shaped card with decoupage layers, an insert and a matching envelope. Each romper suit comes with 2 sets of pockets - heart shaped and square.
The finished card measures 7.5 inches x 5.5 inches.
There is no text on the insert, thereby making the card more versatile - it could be used for a new baby, a baby's first birthday or even a christening card.
The kit consists of 8 printable pages -
Sheet 1 = Main card front
Sheet 2 = Card back
Sheet 3 = Romper suit layer
Sheet 4 = Insert
Sheet 5 = Pockets, trims and buttons
Sheet 6 = Envelope front
Sheet 7 = Envelope back
Sheet 8 = Envelope top and bottom flaps
There are some instructions on the sheets. Pocket backs are supplied for if you want to make up the pockets as actual pockets to hold something. Otherwise you can just stick the pockets on flat as a normal decoupage layer.

I printed the card elements onto 200gsm photo paper and the envelope onto 120gsm paper. I scored and folded the back of the romper and attached it to the front using wet glue. I then added all the decoupage using foam pads. To finish I assembled the envelope.
This is such a vibrant card - it will be noticed in a crowd is for sure and it is not too difficult to make.
