I made this card for a friends wedding. I made this using 160 gsm decoupage paper and placed onto 300 gsm card stock. I used double sided tape for the background and foam tape and sticky pads for the decoupage elements.
It was finished off with the matching envelope using 120 gsm decoupage paper.
