Printed design onto good quality matt card and the backing paper and envelope pieces onto 120gsm paper. Applied the backing paper (which I printed out twice) onto the backs of the pages and the large flower base layers.

Secured the pages together and applied the greeting to the back page.

Arranged the decoupage flowers onto the card. Added the cut out brads to the binder panel. Next added the greetings tag, label and a cream satin a bow. Added an orange gem to teddy's hat and silver peel-off feet to the tag.
