I printed the sheets onto high gloss photo paper. I cut out all of the elements and affixed them to the accordion base with foam sticky dots. I found that the card wasn't very stable, so I attached it to heavy midnight blue glitter card stock.
This really makes the card pop and adds extra stability to it.
