A tall wing card is large DL size, with a curved top, two wings with decoupage, and apertures with circular 3D inserts. There are instructions with photos

This card has a Royal blue background with gold firework sparkles, and a champagne bottle wearing a top hat and a glass of champagne also wearing a top hat - both have smiling faces. There is a Happy New Year greeting, the bottle and glass on the wings can be decoupaged and the 3D circle inserts will move in a breeze.
