I printed the Decoupage layerson photo paper and the envelope and teabag papers onto good quality paper.

I layered the base onto white card,then added some gold peel off stickers to the edge.

I layered the decoupge using silicone, I added a gold brad to the centre of the teabag medallion before adhereing to the card with white glue, lastly I added the sentiment using silicone..
