I printed this design onto 160gsm smooth white card, cut out the elements and followed the instructions for the construction.

I added some buttons and shaped the decoupage pieces to add dimension.

This card can be made in less than 30mins and is suitable for all ages and occasions if you add your personal message to the blank panel provided.
