A Cut Above the Rest! DL Concertina Card

This is an easy and fun card to make. I thought I would right an ode to hairstylists and the unruly hair we must all be trying to tame due to lockdown rules.

You get a complete Quick Card with optional mats and layers and decoupage to give more dimension as well as inserts, envelope and backing paper.
