I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded the design as expected. I printed the insert onto 120gsm paper and attached this to the inside of the card using double sided tape.

I attached the greeting to the card using thin foam tape. I printed the envelope onto 160gsm paper and cut it out. I assembled the envelope using strong double sided tape.
