After printing onto glossy photo paper, I cut out and attached the decoupage using foam pads. I cut a smaller sqaure of sparkly blue paper, than the card blank and attached using dst.

I matted the topper onto some more blue paper and mounted it onot the card blank slightly of centre. I added some green ribbon down two sides, added the greeting and finished with pink card candi.
