Printed this sweet design onto decoupage paper and cut it out. Placed the main image onto a lilac large dl card with tape and added the layer using foam pads. I added glitter to the hats.
I printed this sheet on to glossy photo paper. Attached the main image on to a large white DL card using DST, then added the decoupage layer with glue gel.
Used foam pads to add the card candi, and finished by adding the matching insert.
