Printed onto glossy photo paper and cut out all the pieces (nice and easy as there are no fiddly bits), I attached the main image to a DL card using DST and added the other layers with 2mm foam pads.

This is a lovely design.

I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded a DL card landscape. I attached the design to the card using double sided tape. I assembled the decoupage using thin foam tape. I added the butterflies using silicone glue.

I printed the sheet onto lightweight card and cut out the elements, before attaching the base image to my white card blank using DST.

I then used glue gel to add the upper layer and decoupage elements, then finished off with a blue 'Congratulations' peel-off.
