I resized the main image in Word and using foam pads I attached it to an A5 card blank which I had covered with decorative paper matted onto dark red using foam pads.

I created my own For My sentiment and attached with foam pads.

The row of hearts is from another set by the same designer. I used glitter glue on the corner hearts and added red gems.
