On Our Emerald Anniversary Champagne Large Dl 3D DecoupageCompleted by Marion Evans

I decided to frame this card in gold CS, then for my base CS, I used the dark green. I then cut out the decoupage and raised with pop dots. I did print the decoupage twice, so I could raise the hearts again.

I added green gems (for the Emerald part) and glittered ALL of the hearts. I am so pleased with this creation, thank you Carol.
