Large Dl 21st Birthday Novelty Number Plate and 3D DecoupageCompleted by Julie Lynch

Printed sheet onto glossy photo paper and cut out. Used silicone to build the numbers and letters onto base picture. Mounted piece onto white cardstock then onto a silver DL card.

Added a black velvet ribbon sticker to the top and bottom of the card and some silver rhinestones to the plate to finish.
