Large Dl 40th Birthday Novelty Number Plate and 3D DecoupageCompleted by Sheila Lewis

I used a green A4 card folded in half to make a large DL card.

I printed the sheet onto 210gsm glossy photo paper.

I used double sided tape to add the number plate to the card then foam pads to add the decoupage.

This card is great for both men and women.
