I printed the base layer onto good quality card stock, then I decoupaged the rest of the image onto to the base card.

I added a nice sparkling border, put gems in the four corners, and added clear glitter onto the bottles to emphasize the water drops.

A very easy and effective card to make. To finish off the card I made a matching insert with cup402797_359.
