Blue Owls 18th Birthday Large Dl Decoupage Step by StepCompleted by Louise Burke

I printed this onto water colour card as I like the texture this gives. I mounted the base layer onto a card blank made from an A4 sheet of ivory coloured pearlescent cardstock.

I decoupaged the second layer using foam pads and added glitter highlights to the dots on the owls' tummies. Not too much fussy cutting required which made this a lovely card to put together.
