The colours in this card are gorgeous and a very quick card to make. I left a thin white line around the main graphic and adhered to blue CS for the base. I cut out the decoupage and raised with dbl. sided sponge tape.
I added a pearl over the "i" and a couple in two of the corners. Carol, this is really lovely made up.
