Any little girl would love to receive this pretty card. I printed this off on photographic paper and cut out the ovals. I glued the main design to a bright raspberry pink card and cut the card with a deckle edge cutter so the pink edge barely shows.

The ovals on the base picture I edged with silver edging and used silicon gel to attached the decoupage pictures.

Then added a touch of pink glitter to the balloon and cherries and a large silver Happy Birthday completed the card.
