I had fun with this card - I picked 4 colours out of HB and made my own background then mounted everything on the darker pink colour (base CS).

I cut out the decoupage and raised with foam pads then added a touch of glitter to the candle.

For embellies, I added a Prima flower (with yellow pearl center) and 3 pink gems in upper right corner. They are such happy colours and would be a delight for anybody's birthday.
