I ran an off-white CS through my Cuttlebug ( Swiss Dots) and added Sheila's HB Graphic on top of it, then finished with the deep reddish colour CS for my base.

I cut out the decoupage and raised with foam pads, added a blue flower (pearl) and 3 more pearls in upper right corner.

These cards are so colourful and just delightful to send to my niece's girls....
