These cards are so bright & cheerful - fun to work with. I outlined this card in a thin strip of yellow and mounted on blue for my base CS. I cut out the decoupage and raised with foam pads - for embellies I added a googly eye to Mrs.

Turtle and little tiny black gems on the 3 little kiddiewinks - and some coloured gems on upper left corner.
