I printed the topper and decoupage on to Craftsuprint paper, and cut them out, using a trimmer for the main background and scissors for the decoupage. I took an A4 sheet of plain white card and folded it in half to make the card base.

I attached the topper to the card base with a tape runner so that the spacing was the same from left as from top and bottom, then trimmed the right hand end by about a centimetre - the overall card is now a little smaller than DL, and will be easier to fit in an envelope.

Then I used foam pads to attach the decoupage.

A very simple and fast card to make. If you wanted to make it a little more fancy, you could print it out twice and decoupage some individuals elements such as bottle, glass, or butterflies. or fussy cut the lettering rather than leaving some background in place.
