I printed the design onto crafty Bob's matte photo paper and cut out all the elements...I matted and layered the main image with white card then mounted it onto a contrasting blank card.

I added the decoupage using silicone gel and to finish the card I added silver corners and a little fan and handbag charm and a dusting of fine glitter...a beautiful design suitable for various ocassions.
