Large DL HAPPY BIRTHDAY 3D decoupage

My New, slightly different large DL personalised card design which has a ready to use Large DL card front with easy to cut 3d step by step decoupage topper. Just trim the decoupage layer as much or as little as you wish but making sure it fits around the sentiment at the top of the design.

This design is also available in other coordinating colourways/designs/names etc and together they would make a great set of cards to sell at craft fairs etc.
