there are 2 separate toppers on this design. The options for the smaller are: For You, 40, 50, 60 - the one on the main image is blank. The large panel options are: You've reached that special age, With Love on Your Birthday, Celebrate in style, Happy Birthday - There is also a blank one on the first decoupage layer.
This is a shaped topper for a large DL card. The main image is a bottle of red wine with a wine glass. There are several decoupage layers to add depth to the image and a number of sentiment tag choices.

Printed onto 190gsm matte photo card then mounted onto cream foiled card using DST. Assembled the decoupage using 2mm foam pads. Finished with 3D acetate butterfly.

I printed the sheets onto high quality card paper. I cut out all the elements. Using double side adhesive tape, I attached the decoupages to the card. Then, I glued the front and back sides of the card and added the insert and the sentiment.
