The sheet was printed onto a supersmooth paper. I used a satin finish white card blank as my base. I mounted the topper onto a piece of petrol effect foil card and layered up the decoupage using 1mm foam pads.

I decorated with gems, Sakura clear stardust pen and ribbon.

I sprayed the front with glitter spray to finish.
