I printed off the design onto 180gm glossy photo paper and cut out all the elements. The main front was mounted with foam tape onto red cardstock cut slightly bigger to frame the design.

This was then mounted with dst onto royal blue cardstock cut slightly bigger than the red card, and was then mounted onto a DL light blue card blank.

The 'Happy Birthday' sentiment was enhanced with clear Glaze pen. Glaze pens were also used on the decoupage elements to give some depth. All elements except the small cupcake were mounted in place with various thicknesses of double-sided foam tape.

This was a quick and easy but striking card to make for my son Daniel.
