I resized this a bit so it would fit in a #10 envelope. Printed the front on photo paper and the interior on card stock. For the interior I changed the opacity of the cake part of the card and put the sentiment on top of that.
Found a verse by Shelagh E Osborn Wright in the CUP verses under birthday and then under birthday baby/toddler verses.
It was named Lion Hugs. I changed lion to bear and a few other words. Very cute card and quick to make.
