My word, this card turned out so cute! I cut out all of the pieces and popped them with popdots. I used blue as my base CS. I then sparkled the tassles and rims of the hats and added glitter white snow to "purrfect". "Purrfect little Christmas Card, Eva".
I'll be making more of these!
