I printed onto decoupage paper and cut out. Placed the main image onto a large dl card with tape and then added the layer using foam pads. I added red star gems to the corners. Great design.
I printed the design onto glossy photo paper and stuck the main picture to white card stock. I added the layers using double sided foam tape. Finished off with borders and gems.
