I printed out the design onto Crafty Bob's premium matte photo paper then cut out both of the pieces. I matte and layered the main bit of the design onto white then red card and attached both to a white DL card blank.

I went round the edge of the card with a red pen to do some faux stitches. I then decoupaged the top bit of the design using raised sticky foam pads.
