Merry Christmas Josh Penguins Large Dl & 3D DecoupageCompleted by Jessica Vine

I chose a dark navy long DL card for this card. I cup out all the images and attacked the main image to the card with double sided tape. Using 3D sticky fixers I attached the decoupage piece.

I glued little silver & white pompoms to the penguins hats and glued wiggle eyes to each penguins eyes. I took a glue pen and dotted some of the snow blobs and added glittery snow over them. Such a fun card for my Grandson!
