I printed the sheet so that I had an extra layer of decoupage. Icut out the second layer so there was no background to the wording and for the third layer I just cut out the T and the 2 penguins.
I added the decoupage with foam pads and then mounted onto a white card blank. To finish I edged with black peeloffs.
