Printed this great design onto decoupage paper and cut it out. Placed the main image onto a red large dl card with tape and then added the layers using foam pads.
I added glitter to the hats.

I first printed on to good quality photo paper and cut out all the parts. I took a piece of green card and added peel off corners and a plain white insert. I then attached the full design and edged with edging peel off.
I finished by layering up using foam pads.
