The sheet was printed onto a supersmooth paper. I used a blue silk art card as my base. I mounted the topper straight onto the card and layered up the decoupage using 1mm foam pads.

I used 2 of the holly decorations, a snowflake rub on, gems and a greeting to decorate. I also used glossy accents. I sprayed the card front with glitter spray to finish.
