I printed this out twice onto canvas inkjet paper and mounted the base onto a lilac card blank. I cut out the Mum & Dad from the first sheet, removing all the purple dotty paperfrom the design. From the second sheet I cut out all the penguins.

I made up using sticky foam pads.
