The sheet was printed onto a supersmooth paper. I used a burgundy pearlesent card as my base. I mounted the topper onto a piece of gold holographic card and layered up the decoupage using 1mm foam pads.

I added gems to decorate and sprayed the front with glitter spray to finish.
