I printed this shhet out onto good quality photo paper, I embossed a piece of white card then made it into my card blank.

I layered the base piece of my decoupage onto the card, added some gold peeloff line stickers around the edge of the base layer, used silicone to 3-D the layer, then added some glitter glue to the gold flower centres.
