I printed the sheet on quality cardstock and cut out the topper and decoupage pieces. I used foam pads to decoupage and double sided tape to adhere the topper.

I punched a snowflake border along the bottom of a blank turquoise card and punched the same border on a 1 ½" white strip of cardstock.

I then attached the white strip on the inside front, matching its flat edge with the bottom of the back of the card.

This design makes up quickly and is a cute, fun card that is sure to cheer the recipient.
