Santas Large Dl Express

I reduced the size a little to mount onto snowy card, I decoupaged the train with foam pads,I added peel off's to the tree & wheels, black dimensional paint to the coal which makes it stand out & finished off with clouds & snow mounds, it fits nicely into a large DL envelope.
