I first shrunk this topper before printing this cute graduation sheet onto 280 gsm card stock and decoupaged using 3mm square foam pads.

I then cut a strip of shimmering pink backing paper and centred it onto a pink DL size card.

I layered the topper using foam pads then glittered to finish.
