I cut out all elements and layered with foam tape. I mounted on an orange mat and then a navy card front.I added some diamond stickles and an orange bow to finish off
I printed this sheet on to white matt card and attached the base layer to a royal blue pearlescent card base.
I cut out the second layer and decided to cut around some of the letters.
I added this to the base layer with foam pads and then used sliver glitter around each letter.
