I printed the design onto crafty bob's matte photo paper and cut out all the elements...I mounted the main image onto a white base card and added the decoupage using foam pads and silicone gel...this is a gorgeous design.
I printed out sheet onto matt photopaper, cut out and attached base to large DL white card, added decoupage with foam pads and finished with lemon dotted bow.
A beautiful Spring-time design.
