Yes, another lovely name card in blue/black/cream - I backed the main graphic on to blue dotted swiss (CB) and finished with the cream base.
I then cut out the decoupage and raised with foam pads. I added gems for embellishments.
Printed onto decoupage paper and cut out. Placed the main image onto a large dl card with tape and then added the layers using foam pads. I added some gems.
