Printed onto decoupage paper and cut out. Placed the main image onto a red dl card with tape and then added the layer using foam pads. I added black gems to the shoes, bag and corners.
I resized the file a little smaller,printed out on C.B's glossy photo paper and cut out the elements. I mounted backing paper cup275216_489 on a large DL card blank leaving a plain margin. I edged with a black peel off border.
I centred and mounted the base image on this with DST. I added the Liz decoupage with silicone. I embellished with red heart gems. Easy to make and looks stunning. A great design for a modern personalised birthday card!
