I printed the sheet selecting a smaller print option onto matt photo paper and cut out all the elements, fussy cutting round the letters.

I built up the decoupage using foam pads and then I mounted the topper onto a bright orange matt.

Then I added two eyelets and threaded a ribbon. To complete the card I decorated with glitter and gems. I mounted the completed topper onto an a5 card that I had embellished. These dl cards are so quick to put together.
